Last week I had the pleasure of hosting a Public Speaking Masterclass at Refy Beauty’s Manchester head office. The company, renowned for its commitment to empowering individuals through it’s slick brow tools and glossy primers, spent the afternoon fostering confidence among it’s team members and put professional growth at the forefront.

Through interactive games and exercises participants were guided through the fundamentals of effective communication. From managing the dread and panic that pops up for so many at just the thought of presenting, to leaving a lasting impact on your audience, the workshop moved guests through the managing the challenging emotions that arise when presenting to practical skills they could use in the work place, in conversations with suppliers, and even on their next LinkedIn post.
